Effects of dietary supplements on athletic performance in elite soccer players: a systematic review

Conclusion: Finally, the available data does not support yohimbine supplementation or the use of Resurgex Plus® to improve athletic performance in elite soccer players. Still, more well-designed research with elite soccer players is needed to improve support and advice regarding the use of dietary supplements for athletic performance enhancement.

“Yohamibine 8.6/10 (with fasted cardio) - works via a2 receptors, removes the breaks and basically releases fatty acids into the blood to be burned off, in real-time you are actively burning off exclusively fat from this,”

“I'm doing 16/8 first meal at 2pm, but around 7-9am I do cardio fasted with 15mg Yohimbine taken 30 mins prior. In theory, this should help my body use more fat, I've not tried this approach for long so can't prove anythi”

“Yohimbine certainly gets my blood flowing, but can also increase my anxiety and heart rate to unbearable levels.”
