By using PlainPill you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information only — not medical advice

Everything on PlainPill is general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is no substitute for a doctor or pharmacist. Read the full medical disclaimer.

How the content is made

Ratings are computed from public, first-hand user reports and from published research. User reports are anecdotes; research summaries are short excerpts. Both can be incomplete or wrong. We work to keep the data accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free.

Your use of the site

  • Don't use the site for anything unlawful, and don't try to disrupt or overload it.
  • Automated bulk copying of the dataset is not permitted without written permission.
  • You may quote and link to individual pages with attribution.

Quotes and third-party content

Short user quotes are reproduced for commentary and analysis and link to their public source. Research conclusions are quoted from PubMed abstracts with a link to the original. If you are the author of quoted content and want it removed, use the contact page and we will remove it promptly.

Sponsorships

Sponsored placements are always labelled. Sponsors cannot buy, influence or change a score or a ranking position. We are not responsible for products or services offered by sponsors or linked sites.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlainPill is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including any decision to take, stop or combine a supplement, medication, peptide or other substance.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
