PlainPill does not provide medical advice. The content on this site — ratings, user reports, doses people mention, side effects and research summaries — is for general information only. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.
Talk to a professional first
Always ask a doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping or combining any supplement, medication or other substance — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication. Supplements can interact with medicines and with each other.
Doses are reported, not recommended
Doses shown are what people said they took. They are not recommendations and may be unsafe for you. Follow the product label or your clinician's advice.
Peptides, SARMs and research chemicals
Many peptides and all SARMs listed here are not approved for human use as supplements. They can carry serious and sometimes irreversible risks, are banned in competitive sport, and may be illegal to buy or possess where you live. We list them because people discuss them, not as a recommendation. We do not publish doses for these compounds or link to sellers.
User reports are anecdotes
Placebo effects, self-selection and unverified claims all affect user reports. Large numbers reduce noise but do not remove bias. Absence of research does not mean something doesn't work, and a lot of research does not mean it does. See how we rate.
Emergencies
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
