What got worse for some people
In their own words
“Yohimbine certainly gets my blood flowing, but can also increase my anxiety and heart rate to unbearable levels.”
“a LOT of people find the side effects too unpleasant. I’m pretty Stim tolerant, but the first few times I tried it, it was definitely a jittery energy and that whole skin crawling sensation.”
“It gets rid of any fear I would normally have. Something different happens when I take Yohimbine...I baffled to know that the common experience people have with this is feeling anxious and jittery.”
“I personally find Yohimbine to add energy without too many jitters, but your mileage may vary.”
“I use it 1 hour per workout... Now that shit works and i feel incredible, i can't stop running, like a machine.”
“yohimbine has some hardcore side effects and has me very anxious and bouncing off the walls, sweating, heart palpitations, etc.”
