Interventions for quitting vaping

Conclusion: There is low-certainty evidence that text message-based interventions designed to help people stop nicotine vaping may help more youth and young adults to successfully stop than no/minimal support, and low-certainty evidence that varenicline may also help people quit vaping. A systematic review of randomized controlled trials and network meta-analysis of e-cigarettes for smoking cessation

Conclusion: Smokers assigned to use nicotine e-cigarettes were more likely to remain abstinent from smoking than those assigned to use licensed NRT, and both were more effective than usual care or placebo conditions. More high quality studies are required to ascertain the effect of e-cigarette on smoking cessation due to risk of bias in the included studies.

Regulatory Strategies for Preventing and Reducing Nicotine Vaping Among Youth: A Systematic Review

Conclusion: Although several regulatory interventions have been shown to be effective at reducing vaping among youth, evidence is insufficient to recommend a specific type of regulation.
